- Fulfilling a contract concluded between the client and the Controller or implementing measures requested by the client before concluding a contract
- Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., client identification requirements under Act No. 253/2008 Coll. on Certain Measures Against Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, also known as the "AML Act")
- Processing based on consent for specific purposes (e.g., sending commercial communications)
Data Retention Period
Personal data is retained only for the necessary period to fulfill the purpose of processing. This is typically for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently in accordance with legal regulations (e.g., accounting records retention for 10 years, AML-related data retention for
10 years). After these periods expire, personal data will be securely deleted.
